Description
Builders Kleen is built around an organic salt formula rather than a straight acid, so it works on calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate deposits the way hydrochloric acid would, without the fumes. It lifts excess grout and mortar, lime and scale, rust and general brick staining.
For lime, scale and rust it is diluted 1 part Builders Kleen to 3 parts water, applied by pouring, foaming or brushing, then agitated with a brush or deck scrub and rinsed off. The same 1:3 dilution is used for excess grout and mortar, brushed on and scrubbed until the residue lifts.

Directions for use
- Lime, scale and rust: dilute 1 part Builders Kleen to 3 parts water, apply by pouring, foaming or brushing, agitate with a brush or deck scrub, then rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed
- Excess grout and mortar: dilute 1 part Builders Kleen to 3 parts water, brush onto the surface and scrub until the residue is removed, then rinse thoroughly and repeat as necessary
